Damn it. Need to be better about logging our tracks. Recently, Gus has done 1.5 hours (last weekend), and 3.5 hours (Tuesday). Today, 2.25 hours, 600 yards, grass, asphal, concrete, mulch, gravel, and wood chips. He hammered it. Second turn needs us to go back and re-address the concepts, the rest was dead on, and clear, decisive pulls when he found it.

’Fletch had a horrible start, followed by a lovely track (60yd, R, 80y, R, 40y L, 50 A). So clearly, will do starts tomorrow, at 15, 30, 45 and 60 minutes. After that an article track. I love his articles, I’d like him to actually realize he is lying down…..
