Stairstep track in the snow, 1’10”. Used food drops, about 2 per leg this time….and took him for a 1 hour hike in the snow earlier in the day (he broke the ice to swim in the river). Track today was awesome—so good that I backed away from the track at the articles, faced the wrong way, and let him figure it out. He nailed it every time! Totally focused on the game.

After taking his harness off, we were playing with his sock…and we crossed my path out. He dropped the sock and tracked me out of the field and down the trail. When we got to the driveway he took his sock back and resumed playing.
