OK, it’s time to get serious! 90” old track. 70 degrees, windy, sunny. Dry, dry, dry. Great start, stopped to investigate something, and went happily back to work on his own. I faced the wrong direction at the turn, and turned to face any direction any time he cast off (sometimes supporting the cast, sometimes in the opposite direction, or turned to face where we’d come from). None of that bothered him in the least. There was an article on the last turn, he stopped, needed a cue to down (the stop had awesome duration☺️). I then stepped past the turn and faced 180 from the direction of the leg. He had to work at that, did so enthusiastically, and pulled hard when he found the track behind me. He was a little hesitant to enter the briars at the woods edge, but scented the article and jumped in to go 10 yards to it.

Next: article track. Photo failing to upload. Bummer
